At Artempus Jewelry, every piece is crafted with intention and care. Because many of our pieces are personalized and made to order, we have specific guidelines to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our customers.

Personalized & Engraved Items

Due to the custom nature of engraved and personalized pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items unless there is a defect or error on our part. If your item arrives damaged or with an engraving error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Non-Personalized Items

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition and original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our team at support@artempusjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of every piece we make. If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Lifetime Guarantee

All Artempus pieces come with a Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
